I am a HOTT player and have seen much going around about MA. I want to give it a try especially if the AP formula is available as the posts here suggest it will be one day. SoI started to purchase the rules in pdf format tonight from the rebelminis website but thought it more prudent to find out if the AP costs are included in the rulebook yet before I make my purchase. The current PDF is just the basic rules. It does not have the new Build your Army Section. If all goes well, that will be available by the end of March.

It is not available yet. It was just sent to the graphic designers. I'm sure Mike will keep us posted on the progress.
